Water Heater Services.
Tank, tankless, gas, electric — diagnosis, repair, and replacement. Most calls solved same-day.
What we do, plainly.
A dying water heater has a few common tells: lukewarm showers that run out fast, rusty water, a rumbling tank, or a puddle on the floor. We start with a diagnosis — not a sales pitch — and tell you whether it’s worth repairing or better to replace.
If it’s a replacement, we walk you through tank vs tankless, gas vs electric, capacity, and the long-term cost of each. You get a written quote before we touch a tool.

Common questions.
How long does a water heater last? +
A conventional tank heater lasts 10–12 years. Tankless units can run 18–20+ with annual flushes. Hard water (which you have, around here) shortens both — which is why we bundle a softener conversation into every replacement.
Tank or tankless? +
If your household hits the shower one after the other, tankless is probably worth it. If you've got a 2–3 person household with overlapping demand, a well-sized tank is cheaper and easier. We math it out with you on-site.
Do you handle permits? +
Yes — we pull every permit that the job needs. You get a copy of everything for your records.
Can I finance? +
Yes. 0% for 12 months on replacement, through a local lender, with a soft credit check.
